Job Summary and Scope:

• A Head of Marketing / Senior Manager Marketing (SMM) is responsible for overseeing the planning, development and execution of the business ‘s marketing and advertising initiatives.
• Reporting directly to the Country Head (CH), the SMM's primary responsibility is to generate revenue by increasing sales through successful marketing for the entire organization, using market research, pricing, product marketing, marketing communications, advertising and public relations.

• Ensuring the CRM and all marketing software is up to date and fit for purpose.
• Setting KPI’s for marketing activities across the business.
• Overhauling the marketing department organizational structure.
• Working closely with other members of the board on company plans.
