| Job Description: |
- Facilitating international universities by keeping student updated about changes in admission criteria and procedures.
- Taking follow-ups of plans or updating students through different mediums who are contacting to apply for higher education abroad.
- Resolves students' queries by entertaining calls and follow-ups; recommending changes in policies and procedures.
- Keeping student updated about upcoming scholarships, our services, new offerings, upcoming events.
- Attending students calls explaining admission criteria.
- Assiting team in promotion of educational events and exhibitions.
- Update all information on software provided regularly.
