Job Description: |
We are seeking energetic, dedicated candidates with excellent Chinese language communication skills and a friendly telephone manner to assist customers and take orders over the telephone.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and comprehension skills – Written and Spoken (Chinese & English)
- Customer Service and/or Call Centre experience preferable but not a requisite
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Flexible – Ready to work night hours and weekends
- Pleasant & Vibrant Personality
- A Stickler
- Adept Multi-tasking
- Team Player
What you will do:
- Pay attention to Details
- Follow the script
- Handling of queries and complaints
- Recommend courses
