| Job Description: |
Finja is looking for Manager Controls & Compliance who can review internal processes, systems, policies & procedures thereby ensuing Compliance with the regulations and Industry best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement along with taking care of the credit policy.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Minimum of 05 years of post-qualification experience, in the area of Enterprise Wide Risk Management, Credit Management and Compliance, with a financial institution.
- Experience in developing / reviewing policies, procedures, and process evaluation & documentation.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simuntaneously
- Detail oriented & ability to work independently and also part of team
- Ability to demonstrate a professional and obljective perspective and ability to think laterally
- Capable of working under pressure in a fast paced enviroment
