We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer for our Web and Mobile App team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Creative Design & Interactive Mockups based on information gathered from Project Managers / Business Owners


• Build responsive HTML & CSS from the mockups


• Build mockups for Web & Mobile Apps


• Evaluating existing applications and evaluating their UI/UX effectiveness


• Creating and implementing interface/design specifications


• Work with developers to support the realization of ideas and solutions


• Identify and troubleshoot UI/UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)


• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images


• Develop web graphics for website, mobile app design, weekly emails, and digital advertisements


• Design marketing materials for print will be a plus


• Conduct usability testing and improve user experience through iteration will be a plus


• Edit existing product images to improve the presentation


• Develop intuitive, usable, and engaging interactions and visual designs for mobile


• Provide strategic thinking and leadership.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the design process


• Participate in the development process from definition, through design, build, test, release, and maintenance.


• Stay abreast of UX trends and look for creative ideas and inspiration in parallel analogous worlds.


• Research and track advancements in mobile application design patterns.


• Break any design problem down into viable actionable chunks and solve them with clarity and precision.


• Staying in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, trends in the mobile design field.

Candidate Profile:

• 3+ years of working experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role


• Proficiency in Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe CC, Adobe XD,  and Balsamiq.


• Excellent knowledge and working experience in CSS, CSS3, HTML, HTML5, responsive design, SASS, Mobile App Design(iOS, Android), other front end technologies also a plus


• Well versed with Mobile App design/ user experience, Mobile App design best practices, practical experience in handling different mobile App Layout/Screen sizes


• Familiarity with Javascript, Jquery and related scripting language


• Team Player


• Strong communication skills 


• Experience working with the development team in an agile environment


• Artistic eye for design and the ability to think creatively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail


• Knowledge of best practices for digital user accessibility


• Intellectual curiosity and drive; self-starters will thrive in this position
