Responsible for designing, executing and delivering projects from taking a brief to presenting results. The incumbent will be responsible for collaborating with research managers and directors in order to build existing business and client relationships.
1. Financial Management and Business Acumen:
· Monitor project costs and complete within budget
· Assist in costing and monitoring GM and profit on projects
2. Client Development and Management
· Displays a good understanding of Kantar service offerings across whole business to clients
· Displays a thorough understanding of the client business and market
3. People Development & Management
· Provide support to the rest of the team in terms of checking, monitoring, mentoring and motivating
· Maintain motivation in team through clear communication
· Maintain strong and effective working relationship with Juniors
· Support a learning culture through development of junior team members
· Identify skills gaps and growth potential of team members; provide on the job training

Responsible for preparation and writing of clear and accurate reports, presentations and proposals

CAPABILITIES
Completed tertiary education – Master’s degree in preferably business graduate (MBA from reputed institute) or Masters in social sciences (Statistics, Economics and Mathematics)
· Minimum of 3-4 year’s work experience in the research industry

· Computer literacy – proficiency on all MS Office packages
