·         Should manage a team and provide prompt feedback to writers

·         Ability to work under pressures and be able to meet strict deadlines

·         Should promote a culture of innovation, transparency, collaboration, and flexibility in the areas of quality 

Skills/Education/ Experience

·         Must be bachelors Minimum from a well-reputed institute 

·         The incumbent should have experience of academic writing (Including assignments, research proposals, thesis writing, business plans, etc.)

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         Analytical and problem-solving skills

·         Full command on MS office and SPSS
